Understanding your customers is the foundation of good marketing. AI can process large amounts of customer feedback quickly and help you organize what you learn.
Mine real customer language
Paste reviews (yours or competitors'), support tickets or survey answers and ask:
Group these reviews into themes. For each theme give the frequency,
3 representative quotes, and what it tells us about customer needs.
Then list the exact phrases customers use to describe their problems.
Draft personas from evidence
Once you have themes, ask the AI to draft 2–3 personas with goals, frustrations, objections and where they spend time online. Base them on your data, not imagination.
Write better surveys and interviews
AI can write neutral, non-leading questions and interview guides. Ask it to review your existing questions for bias.
Competitor analysis
Summarize competitors' websites, pricing pages and positioning into a comparison table, then ask where the gaps are.
The big warning
AI can't replace talking to real customers. It can invent plausible-sounding "insights" if you ask it to imagine your audience. Use it to analyze real data and prepare research, then validate with real people.
