The biggest challenge with AI images for business isn't quality, it's consistency. Without a system, every image looks like it came from a different company.
1. Define your visual style in words
Write a short "style recipe" you'll reuse in every prompt, for example: "Soft natural light, warm neutral tones with coral accents, minimal backgrounds, candid real people, 35mm film look."
2. Fix your colors
List your brand colors by name and include them in prompts for backgrounds, props and clothing.
3. Use reference images
Many tools accept style references. Use your best on-brand images as references to guide new ones.
4. Standardise formats
Decide on aspect ratios for each channel: square for feeds, 4:5 for portrait posts, 16:9 for headers and slides.
5. Build a prompt library
Save prompts that worked, with the resulting image, so your team can reuse them.
6. Finish in a design tool
Add logos, text and final color grading in your design software. This keeps typography and branding precise.
7. Review with a checklist
Before publishing, check colors, mood, diversity, accuracy and any odd details like hands or text.
